Lino Lakes Marketplace

Ryan successfully integrates shopping center into a pre-existing development
Lino Lakes Marketplace is the latest addition to the 45-acre Towne Centre Development, which has become a core component of the growing downtown community in Lino Lakes, Minnesota.

In order to develop the site as a community shopping center, Ryan created eight acres of off-site mitigation on four acres of existing wetlands to enhance and preserve the watershed in the area. The on-site solution Ryan developed incorporated a unique and state-of-the-art storm water detention and infiltration system. Tenants in the Lino Lakes Marketplace include: SuperTarget, Kohl's, Discount Tire, TCF Bank, and Dairy Queen.
