A relationship with Ryan's real estate management group
What began as a competitive RFP process for a ten-year facilities management agreement led to a successful relationship between Maricopa County Adult Probation Center and Ryan's real estate management and construction teams. Ryan's facilities management team won the ten-year contract while Ryan's construction team remodeled an existing facility to accommodate the needs of the Adult Probation Center.

The original shell building is a two-story masonry block built in 1980. Originally, the project was to be only minor renovations of paint and carpet, but due to the center's need for extra security, the scope changed to a major renovation of approximately 90% of the office area, the installation of a full-building sprinkler system, complete HVAC replacement, and additional security adjustments; all which took place after the project was underway.
