The Mercy/Ryan team brings another health care facility to Cedar Rapids
Continuing their mission of "Bringing the Mercy Touch to Life," Mercy Care and Ryan worked closely together to turn a one-level warehouse into a full-service rehabilitation center. The 48,000-square-foot health plaza includes a 10-office family counseling suite, a fully functional outpatient and occupational rehabilitation area, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation suite, a dialysis unit, medical clinic, and a full-service fitness center with common shared conference, locker and restroom facilities.

Ryan accommodatd a change to the completion date after construction had commenced. The rehabilitation, family counseling, and common areas had to be completed and fully occupied four weeks earlier than originally scheduled. Ryan met the new date while continuing construction on the fitness center and the cardiopulmonary area while the rest of the facility was in use.
