Ryan chosen to develop a cornerstone of the Downtown Davenport renaissance
Mississippi Plaza is the first multi-tenant office building to be constructed in Downtown Davenport, Iowa since 1983. The building will serve as the corporate headquarters for Lee Enterprises, a Fortune 500 newspaper publishing company, and the regional headquarters of RSM McGladrey, the nation's sixth-largest public accounting firm. Both firms represent the business community's commitment to the renaissance of Downtown Davenport. 

The six-story, steel-framed, glass, granite and precast architectural design provides the environment and amenities that make Mississippi Plaza the only class "A" multi-tenant office building in downtown Davenport.
