Single-source accountability attractive to the manufacturer
Modern Manufacturing and Engineering, a custom manufacturer serving the air, defense and commercial industries, chose Ryan to design-build their new facility because of the ease and simplicity of Ryan's single-source delivery. The 52,000 square-foot facility is situated in the third addition of Ryan-owned 610 Business Park in Brooklyn Park, and houses both the offices and manufacturing space for the growing company. A two-story curved reflective glass exterior curtain wall clads the office portion of the building and marks the building's main entrance.
