Nationwide chooses Ryan to build entire phase II of major expansion
Nationwide® Insurance is the parent company of Des Moines-based Allied Insurance. With the success of Ryan’s work on the Allied Insurance Phase II construction project, Nationwide awarded Ryan the company’s operation center, also located in downtown Des Moines. A 340,000 square-foot building, the operation center is one phase of a three-phase project which is one of the largest construction projects in Des Moines’ history

Ryan will also design-build a parking structure that will have spaces for 1,686 vehicles. Nationwide will finance the construction of the new parking garage, which will eventually be owned by the City of Des Moines.
