Ryan collaborates with nationwide on another successful project
Ryan and Nationwide established a positive working relationship with the success of Allied/Nationwide’s corporate campus expansion in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. When Nationwide required a renovation of its existing service center in Gainsville, Florida, they again called on Ryan to manage the process.

The Ryan team assisted the architect in the completion of design drawings, and worked closely with Nationwide to phase construction so the company could maintain operation during construction. In addition to new paint, carpets and ceilings throughout the entire space, the year-long interior project included the renovation of the lobby entrance, replacement of the security system, new interior and exterior offices and an HVAC system overhaul.

Improving office environment with green materials
The team recommended a number of sustainable strategies to ensure healthier air quality for employees. All the carpet was recycled and replaced with carpet made with recycled materials. T8 fluorescent light fixtures were utilized throughout as well as low VOC (volatile organic compound) paints and adhesives.
