Design capitalizes on naturally scenic setting
When evaluating the location of their new three-story office space, NCMIC wanted to ensure a pleasing work environment. The site is designed to create a park-like setting. The aesthetics of the building and landscape design provide a setting for employees and customers to enjoy a scenic view of an adjacent lake.

Ryan identified an appropriate site and negotiate the purchase. Ryan was also instrumental in successfully coordinating city and state incentive negotiation. The facility is designed to serve as the long-term corporate headquarters and has systems in place to support a 60,000 square-foot addition when needed.
