Developed by Ryan in a joint venture with Lutheran Brotherhood, One MarketPointe features a clean, contemporary design appealing to technology-based companies and companies seeking functional, efficient office space. On-site and adjacent amenities include a cafe, convenience store, conference center, fitness center, and day care facility.
The site for the MarketPointe development had formerly been a dump which meant very challenging soil conditions. Ryan worked with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) to develop a significant geotechnical solution in addition to the removal of asbestos and hazardous materials in two buildings that Ryan ultimately demolished.
