Located in Ryan's Dean Lakes development, Open Systems' corporate office is a single-level building with 20,000 square feet of office space and a 5,000 square-foot warehouse. Ryan's single-source approach allowed Ryan to meet Open Systems' need for an accelerated construction schedule. Ryan delivered the project even earlier than anticipated and while remaining on budget. Impressed with Ryan's corporate headquarters' interior design, Open Systems wanted to create a similar employee- and visitor-friendly environment. They created this look and feel into the design through many design elements including a lounge, fireplace, pool table and an outdoor patio.
