Oswego Commons is a unique development not only due to its expansive size, but because of the complex entitlement and development process the project required. The design of this retail center offers thorough integration into one of the fastest growing suburban communities in the Chicago metro area. Oswego Commons encompasses 68 acres and consists of 600,000 square feet of retail space. This Planned Unit Development (PUD) also includes a larger 620-acre annexation that provides for future development of 1,400 single-family residences.
