Ryan Provides Integration of Structures in Campus Environment
Within the Papago Buttes development in Tempe, Arizona, Ryan developed and constructed a separate daycare facility for Tosco Corporation (now ConocoPhillips) on a site adjacent to its new 280,000 square-foot headquarters building. The 8,000 square-foot daycare facility has colorful multiple rooms to accommodate various age groups from infants to kindergartners. In the outside play area, a synthetic flooring was utilized to provide a safe child play area. The daycare facility is connected to the headquarters building by telecommunications and a security system. Additional security features included CCTV cameras and an interlocked vestibule entry.
