Ryan delivers fast-track project
Ryan's design-build delivery system allowed this fast-track project to be started ahead of finalized drawings. The system allowed the necessary construction time to meet the Tosco Corporation's (now ConocoPhillips) stringent occupancy deadline. This four-story build-to-suit facility was the first component of a corporate campus that contains a parking structure, day care center, an outdoor atrium area and a six-story Phase II office building completed by Ryan in 2001.

In order to meet the schedule and budget requirements for this facility, Ryan worked closely with the owner to provide value design throughout construction. Ryan provided cost-effective solutions that delivered the projects on time and within budget.
