Papago Buttes Phase II

Extensive build-out process
Following Ryan's successful completion of the 280,000 square-foot Papago Buttes Phase I build-to-suit for Tosco Corporation (now ConocoPhillips), Ryan was selected to design-build the second phase of the project. This six-story 170,000 square-foot office building has an adjoining 1,000-car parking deck and features an outdoor atrium. The design and materials integrate the characteristics of the Phase I and Phase II buildings by utilizing pre-cast concrete panels and dark reflective glass. Innovative architectural design combined with landscape aesthetics A large outdoor atrium connection between the two buildings is designed for outdoor formal and informal gatherings. The outdoor atrium contains meandering sidewalks, streams and pedestrian bridges.
