Ryan continues building this corporate campus for a new owner
This four-story build-to-suit facility is the final component of a three-phase corporate campus that contains two corporate office buildings, a parking structure, day care center and an outdoor atrium area. While the first two phases were built for Tosco Corporation (now ConocoPhillips), the third phase is being built for Principal Financial Group which bought the entire corporate campus from ConocoPhillips in 2005. Ryan is working closely with the owner's representative and the architect to deliver a quality design on a very tight budget. The design accommodates an elegant art wall and a fountain as well as the use of 20-ton boulders. A traditional design-bid-build project, Ryan has provided valuable value engineering and plan review during the preconstruction design phases.
