Meeting an aggresive construction schedule
When PCT Engineered Systems chose Ryan, they knew Ryan could accommodate their need for a fast-track schedule. Having recently purchased a new BroadBeam technology, a family of electron beam processors that is a high-demand proprietary technology, PCT needed to move into their new facility as quickly as possible to optimize production and manufacturing of the equipment. Ryan completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule - in just 5 months. Ryan drove the aggressive schedule with constant subcontractor coordination and a phased move-in, which allowed PCT to store product in the manufacturing area prior to full occupancy. The new facility is comprised of 18,063 square feet of finished office space, 25,337 of manufacturing space and a 2,974-square-foot mezzanine.
