Multi-use office space and data center
Pegasus selected Ryan to develop and build this 145,000 square-foot three-story headquarters in North Scottsdale. This facility consolidates three previous office locations around the Valley for Pegasus into one building, which is comprised of Pegasus Solutions' regional offices, as well as a 15,000-square-foot, raised-floor data center, a 20,00-square-foot call center, a dramatic three-story entrance atrium and a 547-stall parking structure.
