Design-build solution helps combine office buildings
Principal Financial Group needed a cost-effective and long-term solution to combine two existing office buildings into one location. Using design-build, Ryan delivered an efficient office design that features a split face block and brick facade with an open office interior environment. This facility is a specialized medical claims assessment call center and training facility. The phone, computer and electrical wiring were critical factors in the success of this project.
