Schedule challenges managed effectively
This building is situated on a 14-acre mixed-use development in the fast growing western suburbs of Des Moines, Iowa. The design-build team worked closely with the City of Clive to adopt the site use to incorporate a class "A" office building on the site of a proposed grocery store. As with each of the previous Principal Financial Group projects, schedule was a large concern. With a lease expiring and the desire to relocate, Principal Financial Group asked Ryan to deliver the project start to finish in six months. The design-build team rose to that challenge and exceeded schedule expectations.
