Rainbow Foods
Ryan assists one of the Midwest's oldest and largest grocers with remodeling a new acquisition
In 2003, Roundy's, a Wisconsin-based food wholesale and retail company, bought 31 of 43 Rainbow Foods stores, the second largest food store in the Twin Cities' area. Remodeling a number of Rainbow's existing stores was the first item on Round'?s strategic plan for the grocery store chain. Roundy's chose Ryan to a complete live remodel and design of five of their stores' interiors as well as new storefront canopies. Working closely with Rainbow's reset teams, Ryan kept on top of changing schedules and the changes to the design to keep the stores open with as little inconvenience to their customers as possible.
