Ryan Manages Tight Timeline with Integrated Project Delivery
Rasmussen College’s new Pasco County campus will help meet the needs of a growing student body in the Tampa Bay area, as well as introduce expanded program offerings. Rasmussen chose to partner with Ryan again after successful building projects in Iowa, Illinois and Minnesota.

Ryan is providing a fully integrated development/construction/management solution to meet Rasmussen’s space and financial goals. One of Rasmussen’s biggest challenges to the project team is that they achieve substantial completion as soon as possible. Ryan is managing the accelerated timeline by continually communicating with Rasmussen and their vendors. The team also developed a number of value engineering ideas to save money and improve upon the schedule. The new building will house classrooms as well as regional corporate offices for Rasmussen, Inc.

Rasmussen College offers Bachelor’s and Associate’s degrees in fields with the greatest occupation opportunities to more than 15,000 students both online and through its network of 21 campuses.
