Ryan provides design-build services
The Fertility Treatment Center (FTC) chose Ryan for its single-source accountability and design-build methodology to deliver a new medical office building at Arizona State University's Research Park in Tempe, Arizona. The Reproductive Medical Institute (RMI), Ryan's seventh project at the ASU Research Park, will offer comprehensive, integrated medical services, state-of-the-art surgical suites and equipment, meeting spaces and peer educational programs, and an overall environment that optimizes each patient's experience.

FTC wanted a design that promoted the energy efficiency of the building while providing an upscale aesthetic. On the building's exterior, Ryan used a combination of EIFS with mesa stone to accent the flat panel concrete, which creates an impressive first impression for RMI's patients.
