River Parkway Place

Located on the banks of the Mississippi River
River Parkway Place creates an upscale merging of modern and historic architecture. This unique office building was designed to meet the needs of the Minneapolis-based public relations firm, Padilla Speer Beardsley, as well as the other tenants. An innovative glass and precast curtain wall system, combined with efficient floorplate configurations, meets both major tenant and multi-tenant requirements. The building celebrates its location adjacent to the Mississippi River with an interior atrium limestone waterfall. The exterior is a combination of rough and smooth textured pre-cast of simulated limestone mirroring the banks and bluffs of the majestic river that flows adjacent to this site.
