Riverside Distribution

An ideal distribution warehouse environment
Riverside Distribution was developed by the partnership team of Ryan and SunCor Development Company to meet the needs of industrial customers in the western Phoenix area. With the ability to serve as a crossdock, single- or double-load distribution warehouse, Riverside offers a convenient location with great access to Interstate 10. 

This distribution warehouse has over 500,000 square feet of space. With 30 feet clear height for stacking product, 111 dock high doors and 190 feet of truck maneuverability, the facility was designed and built for maximum storage and workflow. Riverside Distribution is also equipped with Early System Fast Response (ESFR) Fire Protection.
