RiverView at Santee Office Condos

Ryan fills a need in the Santee market with LEED office condos
The RiverView at Santee Office Condos project is part of the second phase of Ryan's master-planned RiverView at Santee development. The first phase was a build-to-suit office building for The Hartford. Phase II of the project consists of a 22-acre mixed-use development featuring six office condo buildings totalling 63,504 square feet, 240 residential condos and a 10- to 12-screen movie theatre. The office condos are a mix of one and two stories and are of tilt-panel construction.

Some of the LEED design features include an efficient exterior envelope, dual-insulated glass and a light-reflecting roof. The buildings also use sustainable technologies and reclaimed water for irrigation and are located within a quarter mile of a trolley/bus hub, which will earn LEED points for the promotion of alternative transportation options.
