Design-build delivers a successful renovation and addition
The Ronald McDonald House in the Twin Cities needed a quality solution to meet the expanded services offered to families with children who require longer-term hospital care. Ryan conducted extensive research to determine the needs and functions of this facility. The collaboration of function and design is a direct result of a partnership between the staff, local residence, houseguests and governmental agencies. The new facility is a small community in itself that effectively incorporates design, landscaping and materials to create an atmosphere of healing and warmth while fulfilling the functional day-to-day needs of the guests. The Ronald McDonald House addition and renovation project provides a modern, comfortable and safe environment for guests during a difficult time.
