Ryan provides design-build delivery for growing medical practice
The physicians of Family Medical Specialists in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, needed a new clinic. They had a desire to own their own facility and were outgrowing their existing space. Ryan's design-build process was able to build them a new, state-of-the-art medical clinic in a short timeframe, and allowed the five doctors and one physician's assistant to actively participate in the design and construction process. The facility is comprised of a 9,190 -square-foot main level clinic with a 3,280-square-foot partially-recessed basement with a ramp for ADA access. The main level houses nine offices, 19 exam rooms, one procedure room and one lab.
