Sheraton® Minneapolis Midtown Hotel

A hotel designed to meet the grandeur of this 1928 deco-style building
Sheraton® Hotel played a critical role in the redevelopment of the urban, mixed-use redevelopment project in the heart of Minneapolis' Midtown district. A free-standing addition to the nearly 1.2 million-square-foot development, the hotel features 136 guest rooms and suites, a first-floor bar and restaurant as well as a conference center. The hotel even preserves a part of the past by using a historic train shed from the Sears building to house the pool, fitness center and locker rooms. Ryan met its underutilized business participation goals of 13% of hard construction costs to Minority Business Enterprises and 11% to Women in Business Enterprises.
