Ryan turns a rocky relocation into a satisfied customer
Simma, Flottemesch & Orenstein, Ltd. (SFO) had occupied the historic Foshay Tower in downtown Minneapolis for a number of years and were very happy with their space. The Foshay, however, had been acquired by a new ownership team, including Ryan Companies US, Inc., with the intention to redevelop the building into a W Hotel. SFO and Ryan worked together to find a space that would meet SFO's needs and accommodate their relocation during tax season.

SFO relocated to Ryan-owned and -managed AT&T Tower. Ryan worked with Architectural Alliance to create a simple yet elegant and modern space that would ease the transition to new offices. Together the team took care of every detail and the result is a first-class, warm and welcoming environment for SFO's customers and employees and an extremely satisfied ownership team at SFO.
