Stern Beverage, Inc., a distributor of Heineken and Anheuser-Busch products, is located on seven acres at the corner of Milan Beltway and Indian Bluff Road in Milan, Illinois. The 55,448 square-foot facility includes a controlled environment warehouse, corporate offices, hospitality room, fitness room, learning center and gift shop. A second building is reserved for truck washing and storage. The warehouse has four loading docks and room to add two more. The 18,000 square-foot controlled environment warehouse included a sophisticated temperature control system designed to keep Budweiser beer at the ideal temperature.
