Bechtel Corporation is one of the world's largest engineering/construction firms, with a project roster that includes Hoover Dam, the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge and Hong Kong's $20 billion International Airport. Bechtel chose Ryan to build their largest administrative operation in North America at Talavi Corporate Center. Talavi Corporate Center is a 152,936 square-foot, 3-story tilt panel office building located within the 65-acre Technology Center at Talavi. Bechtel occupies the top two floors of the building, with expansion options on the ground floor. The master-planned park is equipped with redundant fiber-optic telecommunications systems. The site is located for convenient access to the Loop 101 Freeway. The 11.4-acre Talavi Corporate Center, with shaded walkways and enhanced landscaping, will have 380 covered parking spaces.
