Ryan delivers project with a fast-track schedule
Ryan was selected to assist Target in their search for a site to locate approximately 360,000 square feet of credit card operations in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. A 26-acre site along Interstate 10 at Warner Road in Tempe, Arizona, was chosen. For Phase II, Ryan provided the fast-track solution that met their schedule requirements without interrupting operation of their current services in the adjacent phase I building. Strict adherence to the construction schedule was critical to the successful integration of voice and data systems for phase II. Both phase I and II function as separate buildings with 24/7 dependability. Ryan worked to seamlessly integrate the exterior design and materials to ensure continuity with the existing building.
