Target Northern Campus

Master-planned 1.6-million-square-foot campus
The Target Northern Office Campus provides administrative support for Target stores throughout the United States. The 150-acre campus includes multiple buildings for 7,000 employees and is expected to take six years to complete. Once complete, the campus will house 12 buildings to support Target Corporation's growth nationwide. The first phase of the campus is comprised of three interconnected buildings each up to 4 stories in height, totaling 300,000 square feet. Phase I accommodates over 1,100 employees and consolidated two Target Corporation offices.
