Repositinging an asset
The TCF Tower is a 17-story building conveniently located on the corner of 8th Street and 2nd Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. Ryan Companies US, Inc. bought TCF in 2005 and took over management of the building. The property management team immediately improved operations and financial controls, and have  exceeded tenant satisfaction goals. Ryan property management, interior design and construction have redesigned the retail area located on the skyway. Currently Ryan is retro-fitting the HVAC and Energy Management Systems inorder to improve energy efficiency and reduce utility expenses.

On-site amenities include: printing, photo finishing, banking, florist, dry cleaning, attached parking, numerous food services, and a building conference room.
