The Barn @ Power Ranch

Power Ranch is a master-planned community for active families
Located in the southeast valley of the Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan area, the Power Ranch community offers both comfort and a small, hometown feel. The Barn, the community's clubhouse and recreation center, was designed and built to reflect that feel. A combination of exposed, rough sawn wood framing and faux river rock as well as the metal roof give the appearance the clubhouse was at one time a functioning barn that has been refurbished. In addition to the main structure, other site amenities include a 4,800 square-foot pool with a pool house, a 2.1 acre effluent lake, a decorative site trail, covered picnic areas and a faux dam water feature.
