The Hartford

The Hartford selected Ryan to construct their San Antonio offices for their single-source accountability and strong team execution. Ryan's full-service approach included negotiation with government agencies, project financing, design-build construction and property management services. The 15-acre site is located in the heart of the premier, 1,270-acre Westover Hills business park in suburban San Antonio, Texas.

The optimum efficiency of the 33,000 square-foot rectangular floor plate is complemented by the Texas Hill Country exterior design, including a limestone entry as a major architectural feature. Effective use of tilt-up construction resulted in an aesthetically pleasing yet economical building solution. This project was also designed to accommodate an expansion of up to 90,000 square feet should The Hartford require additional space.
