Ryan conducted extensive site research and managed the site and acquisition details for The Iowa Clinic. Ryan also served as a strategic consultant assisting in incentive negotiation with the City and providing input regarding the Certificate of Need Application for an endoscopy unit with the State of Iowa. Ryan originally leased the facility to The Iowa Clinic, which purchased the building after the first phase of construction was complete. The Iowa Clinic is a Des Moines-area-based, multi-specialty medical clinic. The Iowa Clinic has multiple locations, but this serves as the clinic's primary location. Once the second phase is complete, The Iowa Clinic will be the largest clinic in Iowa.
