Ryan's design-build delivery met schedule challenges
The National Benefit Corp, also known as TNBC, needed to construct a new facility with the assurance that it would be completed on time and on budget. Working through the winter months, Ryan completed this office facility on schedule.

Surrounded by residential housing and located on a steep grade that required a detention pond, the TNBC site was designed to compliment the neighboring community. A low-profile walkout design provided the right balance between the building requirements and the surrounding environment. Ample parking is provided on both levels - further utilizing the site typography in the overall design and usability of the site. The facility is also designed to accommodate a 3,000 square-foot expansion for future growth.
