The Westin Minneapolis Hotel

A design-build, hotel restaurant, bar, pool, fitness center and conference center
Ryan partnered with HEI Hospitality to redevelop this historic bank building into a leading-edge Westin Hotel. In addition to managing the development, design and construction, Ryan held responsibility for all FF&E and OS&E procurement and installation. This project was truly a turn-key hotel development solution with Ryan holding 100% of the responsibility for completion. As the owner/operator, HEI Hospitality purchased this completed hotel project from Ryan and will manage the hotel and restaurant.
