Second phase of a master-planned development
Twin Lakes Health is the second phase of a master-planned business park in the city of Roseville, Minnesota. Ryan was selected to assist in the planning and development of Roseville's 119-acre Twin Lakes Redevelopment District. Twin Lakes Health is an eight unit, multi-tenant, medical office building designed to provide both private and shared clinic space for two primary care clinics and other medical providers. Utilization required innovative design Unique to this project is the joint utilization of mammography, radiology and laboratory services by the two clinics. The design also allows a shared central entrance, lobby, reception and waiting area seating for up to 105 patients.
