The Ryan design-build delivery system was able to save the University great amounts of time and money. Since the University needed to utilize off-campus facilities for classes during the renovation project, the quick delivery saved them more than $1 million dollars. Adding to the complexity of the projects, the building attached to Murphy Hall was occupied during construction so utilities and services needed to stay intact. With careful planning and strict schedule adherence, Ryan completed the project while providing the University a comfortable learning environment.
