When the University of Nebraska was looking for a construction partner for their Harper/Schramm/Smith housing complex renovation, Ryan was selected because of their ability to provide innovative, cost saving solutions. Ryan trimmed two years off the original construction schedule without interrupting the learning and living environment for the students.The renovation project required replacement of almost all mechanical systems, installation of fire protection in specific areas, an upgrade to the electrical system and enhancements to the common living spaces on each floor of the three-building complex.
