Special backup and redundant mission critical requirements
The 30-story, 929,000-square-foot office tower accommodates the unique spatial and technological needs of investment firm Piper Jaffray Companies, which occupies the 13-story base of the building. The middle section of the tower is the corporate headquarters for US Bancorp.

Building and distribution needs include telecommunications and data systems, satellite and wireless capability, electrical power and back-up systems as well as mechanical and thermal comfort systems. The building features an integrated, 330-car underground parking garage. The US Bancorp Center has retail stores in its three-story atrium and restaurants on the ground and skyway levels.
