Ryan meets competing bank branch challenge
Ryan provided full development, design-build and property management services for the US Bank branch located in Ryan's already successful Desert Ridge campus in northern Phoenix. Ryan coordinated the installation of owner-supplied materials including security cameras, bank vault, ATM, night deposit box and the pneumatic tubing system for the drive-up teller during the construction phase. Halfway through construction, US Bank requested Ryan accelerate construction to complete the project before a competing bank branch, which was being built just north of the site. Ryan delivered the project a full month ahead of the original date with zero punchlist items and without additional cost to the customer.
