Ryan works closely with Verizon Wireless to achieve early occupancy
When Verizon Wireless was looking for a place for their new call center, they wanted a comfortable and appealing work environment for their employees. The Ryan-developed Chandler Freeways Business Park was just the facility to meet their needs. Verizon Wireless now occupies 170,647 square feet in a two-story office building, which accommodates an estimated 1,150 call center employees. By working closely with Verizon, Ryan was able to deliver exactly what Verizon wanted, which accelerated the construction schedule and allowed them to occupy the building two months ahead of schedule. Some of the building's employee amenities include a fitness room, full-service kitchen and cafeteria as well as a covered lunch patio with a misting system.
