As the first building under construction within the Verrado master-planned community, the health club will be centrally located and serve as a primary meeting point and recreational area for residents. Located just 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix, the Verrado master-planned community features varied architectural designs and construction materials specifically selected to evoke a small town environment.

Included in this project are two swimming pools, a fitness center, locker rooms and a water feature that contributes to an inviting interior design. Various meeting rooms and office space are also a key component to the interior design of this facility.
