DBA (Ryan) brings design-build speed and accountability to Wells Fargo
When Wells Fargo Bank decided to expand into the Illinois side of the Quad-Cities, it chose Ryan to construct the new building on a high-profile lot along John Deere Road, one of the prime traffic arteries in the community. The facility includes three drive-up lanes, an ATM drive-up, lobby and offices for twelve associates. The bank is a full service branch with mortgage, trust and investment offices in addition to the general banking staff. The brick and dryvit building utilizes parapets that are staggered in height for visual interest, and an entrance tower to draw in patrons. Decorative exterior wall sconces dramatically illuminate the building at night.
