Due to the fast-track building requirements of the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota, they chose Ryan to provide the development, design and construction expertise. A specialized surgical area and durable finishes for continued cleaning and animal care are just two of the features that make this facility unique.

Ryan worked closely with the staff of the Wildlife Center and the local community to provide an aesthetic blend with the surrounding park, reduce impact on the environment and provide peak energy conservation and performance. From ventilation provided by operable windows to minimizing the building and parking lot footprint, Ryan provided cost-effective solutions to achieve the green goals of the customer and the local community.
