Women's Health Consultants had occupied the historic Foshay Tower in downtown Minneapolis for ten years. Needing to relocate prior to the renovation of the Foshay Tower into a W Hotel, Women's Health wanted to make a quick and seamless transition to their new clinic space. They emphasized quality of work, communication and schedule. Ryan was able to meet Women's Health's needs by working closely with subcontractors and the clinic's vendors to negotiate lead times of materials. Because of the short timeframe, Ryan often had to suggest alternate materials that were just as high in quality and aesthetically attractive, but had shorter lead times for delivery. The end result was a beautiful reception and waiting room with a billing and records area, a laboratory, 15 exam rooms, two procedure rooms and one ultrasound room delivered on time and on budget.
