After rooting successfully in Phoenix, the clear direction for Ryan was to keep moving west, and to bring the Ryan difference to a hot real estate market. Because of Ryan’s long history of proven delivery methodology, we felt confident we were up to the challenge to deliver coast to coast.
Robbie Knight, our current Division Manager, had served as the Project Manager on a regional office building for The Hartford in Santee, California. The project came in on time and on budget, we thoroughly delighted the customer and, of equal importance, we built the basis for healthy relationships with subcontractors and design consultants in the process.
